New additions strengthen links between research, talent development, and commercial innovation
Quantum Industry Canada (QIC), the national industry-led consortium dedicated to advancing Canada’s quantum technology sector, announced today the addition of three organizations that strengthen crucial links in Canada’s quantum value chain. ACA TMetrix, the University of Waterloo’s Institute for Quantum Computing, and the Perimeter Institute for Theoretical Physics bring distinct capabilities that enrich Canada’s quantum landscape and expand QIC’s collaborative reach.
Canada stands among global quantum leaders, with the world’s second-highest concentration of quantum SMEs, thanks to its vibrant ecosystem of research institutes, technology enablers, and commercial innovators. These latest additions to the QIC network strengthen the bridges between scientific discovery, talent development, and market applications.
